David Dominguez is a Florida native, born and raised in the Sunshine State.  He is a licensed real estate sales agent in Florida.  David lives and breathes real estate.  You can almost say it runs in his veins as a second-generation Florida real estate professional.  From the time he was old enough to walk, he accompanied his mother to real estate listing presentations, property showings and open houses.

David is unquestionably a true people person, who always puts the client first.  Prior to becoming a Florida real estate professional, David was a skilled and dedicated auto technician where he worked with his father, who was the manager of a local Good Year.  For years, David had the opportunity to interact daily with dozens of customers and solve their auto-related concerns.  Drawing on his “client first” mentality and training, as a realtor today David works tirelessly to ensure that all his client’s concerns are timely and completely resolved.

David makes himself accessible to all his clients, and provides them with invaluable advice, insights and consultation concerning the sale, purchase or lease of a home, including preparation of an offer & purchase contract, negotiation of terms, inspections, appraisals and repairs, title & escrow information and successfully managing the real estate transaction all the way to the closing table, and even handling post-closing issues.

David has an intimate and unique understanding of the South Florida housing market due to his years of real estate mentorship alongside his mother, and David’s relentless determination to research and track down the best properties for his clients, as well as, to find buyers who will pay top dollar.  David has a genuine passion for real estate and prides himself on working closely with his clients to ensure that they receive custom tailored guidance that aligns with his clients’ unique goals in buying or selling the most significant investment of their lives.

Outside the realm of real estate, David is a dedicated family man and a father of two.  He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing, golf and traveling.
